We source only human-grade chicken from trusted U.S. farmers who uphold strict standards of care. Every animal is inspected and approved for human consumption, and all ingredients meet USDA and FDA standards—free from harmful residues like pesticides, hormones, or antibiotics. We want you to feel confident that you’re giving your ferret the best.

Our freeze-dried raw products (including Dook Soup and treats) are processed in human-grade facilities, where we use a proprietary flash-heating method to eliminate harmful pathogens like Salmonella and avian influenza, while keeping the nutrients intact. Every batch is tested for contaminants, ensuring both safety and nutritional integrity.

We also take great care with our air-dried treats. Our air-dried dental treats, made from 100% sustainably-sourced proteins. All our treats are grown and produced right here in the USA. They’re independently lab tested for safety and are free from harmful additives like sugars, saline, nitrates, corn, grains, gluten, hormones, and preservatives—giving you peace of mind with every bite (or stash!)

As a small business, we treat every ferret as if they were our own. Our own ferrets—Coda, Kali, Mishka, Goose, and Chibi—enjoy the same treats and Dook Soup that we are privileged to offer to you, and we wouldn’t trust anything less than the highest standards for their care.
